This restores the Scoop manifest bump to best-effort behavior while preserving the release-asset digest lookup fix from #1410. The Forgejo release stays green if the bucket token is missing, the bucket push fails, or the post-push verification does not land; the manifest can be retried separately.

  • Restored best-effort Scoop bucket handling.
  • Kept scripts/forgejo-release-asset.sh and the digest-sidecar contract coverage.
  • Test: go test ./scripts
