Summary:

  • Add coilyco-bridge/.github and coilyco-flight-deck/.github to the dev-base image-tier substrate seed.
  • Update the seed comments so the public bridge profile repo does not contradict the private bridge cache-tier rule.

Validation:

  • env FORGEJO_TOKEN=dummy ward exec test
  • ward exec pre-commit-all

Note: bare ward exec test currently fails before mocked HTTP requests in tests/test_forgejo_actions_rerun.py because FORGEJO_TOKEN is unset.
