agentic-os now has PR coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os#540 adding these public profile mirrors to docker/dev-base/substrate-image-repos.txt:

coilyco-bridge/.github
coilyco-flight-deck/.github

ward carries the denormalized runtime manifest at cmd/ward/containerassets/preclone-repos.txt. Add the same rows as image-tier entries after the aos PR lands, and update the comments so the public bridge profile repo does not contradict the private bridge cache-tier rule.

The local ward checkout was already ahead 1 and behind 1 during the sync run, so the agent did not mix this into that tree from an agentic-os sibling session.
