Remove the obsolete agentic_os/pre_commit/check_ward_specs_bundle.py validator and the stale pytest file that only asserted hardcoded ward bundle paths. The live ward deployment already hangs off .ward/workflow.kdl, so config validity stays with ward doctor instead of repo tests.

Removed the dead pre-commit hook entry point and bundle-path test residue.
Left the live workflow.kdl model and ward doctor gate intact.
Verified with ward exec test and ward exec pre-commit-all.
