Closes #148.

Removes the v1 remote catalogue hydrator and native MCP projection from Agent Compose. Configuration loading now rejects those retired keys, while AOS-verified local catalogue manifests remain the only integration boundary. Tests run in an isolated HOME so repository validation does not depend on pre-v2 host configuration.

Validation:

  • ward --audit-override-dirty exec test
  • ward --audit-override-dirty exec smoke
  • ward --audit-override-dirty exec lint

Dependency gate: do not merge until agentic-os#809 and infrastructure#694 have landed. This PR is stacked on #147 and follows #145.
