Outcome

Complete the Agent Compose side of the v2 ownership boundary after AOS support and consumer migration are available.

Scope

Remove remote_skill_sources and remote_skill_cache_ttl configuration, hydration, cache, tests, and docs.
Remove mcp_inventory, the agent-compose mcp command, native MCP and Codex approval projection, tests, and docs.
Keep skill_catalog_manifest as the only environment-provided catalogue handoff.
Keep local role, personality, ordinary-skill, bundle, and load-point projection behavior.
Update cascade, smoke, README, FEATURES, architecture, and migration docs.

Dependency

Do not land this change until agentic-os#809 and infrastructure#694 have landed and consumers use AOS convergence.

Agent Compose performs no Git-backed catalogue hydration and no MCP or approval-policy mutation. Full repository validation and isolated host smoke pass.
