Closes #146.

Depends on #145. This stacked PR makes roster:core the first-party identity, ships the approved eight-role graph and display names, adds Portfolio Strategist and Content Manager contracts, removes unreferenced personalities and v1-only roles, preserves v1 scorecards through explicit historical mode, and updates runtime surfaces plus the v2 migration map.

Validation: ward exec test, ward exec smoke, and ward exec lint all pass.
