Closes #144

Agent Compose now accepts the aos.catalogues.v1 local handoff, validates the complete document and every absolute local root before composition writes, and projects catalogue entries in declaration order. The v1 remote and MCP fields remain available until the ordered infrastructure migration lands.

Validation:

  • ward exec test
  • ward exec lint
