The tool-round stage phrase now says what the round is: a skills.read_skill call renders '> 📖 consulting the catalogue...' on the progress line, any other server keeps 'calling a tool'. The wait narration inherits it, so a slow read says 'still consulting the catalogue 19 seconds'. Both stage enumeration tests carry the new phrase.
