This documents the closed-unmerged #1002 failure mode on the PR recovery page so the issue narrative points at the same hard-fail shape as the code path already under test.

What changed: added a note tying ward#1002 to the closed-unmerged example in docs/agent-pr-workflow-recovery.md.
Why: the issue thread needs the failure mode named explicitly even though the recovery behavior is already covered.
Tests/CI: commit hooks passed; full ward exec test was blocked by overlay scratch space in this container.
