Added the Windows install path to the README and tightened the install section so the source-build path reads as a child variant instead of a separate noisy paragraph.

This keeps the front page aligned with the release channels the repo now supports and points source builders at the existing workspace docs.

Added Scoop install commands for Windows.
Kept Homebrew install details intact.
Kept the source path as the local make workspace variant.
