Launch writeup - post the idea and the lesson, not "Show HN: ward".

Cover what a warded agent is, the operator/contributor split, and what broke when agents ran loose in containers. The repo is a footnote, not the headline.

Launch as soft publish: a release is a beginning, not a verdict. ward already has the soft rollout written into it (v0, downstream consumers upgrade on their own schedule). The writeup is interview-grade regardless of adoption, so the floor is high - it doubles as a job-hunt artifact.

Split out from the ward launch session capture: coilyco-flight-deck/ward#229. Launch theme: the boundary is the product - every demo and one-liner must show a denial, not just capability.
