ward launch
The announce-and-find-humans motion for ward's public launch (ward is already open source, so this is the launch, not the first push). Split out from the session-capture issue coilyco-flight-deck/ward#229, which holds the durable learnings and field-guide reference. The product framing: ward is a permissions/policy + audit layer for headless devsecops agents that hold credentials and act on live infra. The launch theme is the boundary - every demo and one-liner must show a denial, not just capability. This milestone holds the actionable slice: the flagship gptme integration, the warded CLI surface, the demo and its postable artifact, the positioning writeups, and the distribution sequence.
