Cross-repo parent: coilysiren/inbox#326

Removes the retired session pulse installer, hook, and documentation references from AOS. The replacement Agent Compose status row is delivered in agentic-os-kai.

Validation:

ward exec pre-commit-all
git diff --check
repository-wide session-pulse and fleet-pulse grep is empty across all three task repositories
