Outcome

Remove the retired session pulse consumer and installer, then update the public documentation to describe the remaining self-name and Agent Compose refresh hooks.

Validation

The retired names are absent from the working tree.
The full repository pre-commit suite passes.

ward exec pre-commit-all after rebasing on current main
git diff --check
Cross-repository greps for the retired session-pulse and fleet-pulse names are empty

A passed review summary is still required before the pull-request-and-merge lane may merge.
