Ward now validates the live bundle through ward doctor, so the ward-specs test stops mirroring burndown config literals and instead checks the validator outcome directly. The file keeps the structural overlay check and the repo-level smoke remains fail-closed with the placeholder override the image already uses.

Swaps literal burndown and opt-in assertions for a real ward doctor smoke.
Keeps the workflow.kdl absence check.
Verified with ward exec test -- tests/test_ward_specs_bundle.py and ward exec pre-commit-all.
