Parent goal: coilyco-flight-deck/ward#1574. PR #768 landed deny-by-default containment, but tests/test_ward_specs_bundle.py still asserts the literal burndown default and two literal repository opt-ins. AOS AGENTS.md says tests never encode config values. Remove those three value-restating assertions. Preserve loader validation through ward doctor and add a behavior-level fixture only if it proves fail-closed admission without duplicating production KDL text. Acceptance: the containment config remains unchanged, no test restates its values, ward doctor accepts the bundle, repository validation passes, and the documentation inventory remains accurate.
