This adds specverb fetch mirrors in .ward/guardfile.forgejo.kdl for the dead Forgejo Actions API log and rerun routes documented in #473. PR #529 already landed the live web UI helper, so this follows the new fetch direction without changing the working workaround surface.

  • Adds ward ops forgejo fetch mirrors for the dead log/rerun API routes.
  • Updates the Forgejo bundle docs and committed reference.
  • Tests: ward pre-commit-all; ward test -- tests/test_forgejo_actions_logs.py tests/test_forgejo_actions_rerun.py tests/test_forgejo_actions_web.py.
