Third of three for #1151. Pairs with agent-compose#314, which adds the Game Developer role and the immersed personality, and with coilyco-bridge/agentic-os-kai@aad15d9, which binds the role to aosx and every coilyco-gaming repository.

What moves, and what does not

#1147 argued that no role meld could own this rule, because an agent has to know not to shadow before its first action while every role source fires conditionally. That argument still holds for the instruction, so the instruction stays here unchanged in substance.

What moves is the reasoning: one writer at a time, why a second tree merges back as corruption rather than as a conflict Git can show, and what to confirm before the first mutation. Those belong to the seat that actually opens those checkouts. role-gamedev/SKILL.md states them generically, and the named set was already in docs/native-agent-workspaces.md, which is unchanged.

The cap

Down 30340 to 30000, banking the 341 reclaimed characters rather than leaving them as headroom. pyproject.toml already carries the standing rule that the margin over the current file is one section and not five, so a reclaim should show up as a lower number rather than as room for the next entry.

Verification

pre-commit run --all-files passes, including documentation-layout against the new cap.

Closes agentic-os#1151's "encode this at a role level", paired with
agent-compose#314 and agentic-os-kai@aad15d9.

PR #1147 argued no role meld could own this rule, because an agent has to know
not to shadow before its first action while every role source fires
conditionally. That argument still holds for the *instruction*, so the
instruction stays. What moves is the reasoning: one writer at a time, what to
confirm before the first mutation, and why a second tree merges back as
corruption rather than as a conflict. Those are Game Developer's to carry,
since it is the seat that opens those checkouts, and the named set was already
in docs.

The cap comes down 30340 to 30000 to bank the 341 chars rather than leave them
as headroom, per the standing rule that the margin is one section and not five.

`pre-commit run --all-files` passes.
