Outcome

Replace the embedded v1 person:kai package with the first-party roster:core product defined by #142.

Scope

Ship exactly engineer, director, qa, ops (DevOps), design, community, strats, and content.
Add the approved Portfolio Strategist and Content Manager contracts and melds.
Rename Designer to design and update display names for DevOps and Community Manager.
Remove every other v1 role with no default aliases.
Derive and remove unreferenced personalities from the owning graph.
Update seats, colors, inspirations, appearances, palette data, snapshots, roster output, docs, and v2 evaluation inputs.
Rename embedded source identity from person:kai to roster:core while preserving external package support.
Add a complete v1-to-v2 migration map.

Acceptance

Fresh install composes and launches all eight roles without an external package.
Roster and derived surfaces expose exactly eight v2 slugs.
No unused personality definition remains.
Removed and renamed v1 identifiers fail instead of aliasing.
Repository tests and generated checks pass.
