.coily/coily.yamlmarker file. Per agentic-os-kai AGENTS.md, classification is file-presence:.coily/coily.yaml-> coily/deployment-of-one. Kai classified this repo as coily in the GH-issues-disable sweep, but the classification is currently verbal, not file-backed.Plan
Land a minimal
.coily/coily.yamlwith a catalog block (model on atmosphere's marker file from coilysiren/atmosphere#3). If the repo has any build verbs, declare them too. Otherwise leavecommands: {}empty.Once landed, the disable sweep can be applied to this repo (PATCH has_issues=false).
