docs(features): record the response behaviour shipped tonight #331

The inventory has been describing a service that stopped existing several hours ago.

AGENTS.md requires it to change whenever a feature is added or reshaped. Four member-visible behaviours shipped today and none of them are listed:

  • an undelivered reply now reaching the member instead of silence
  • a gateway heartbeat separating a quiet guild from stopped ingress
  • the caller and service fault split on every exception
  • uploaded text reaching the requester's scratchpad

Those four rather than every commit, because they are the ones a reader of the inventory would be actively wrong about. The guards and tooling landed today are real but a reader is not misled by their absence.

Trimmed to fit the size caps rather than raising them. The first draft ran 127 characters over, and what I cut was the reasoning rather than the content, since each entry's reasoning lives in the doc it links to.

Landing through a branch because 17aa7b8 moved this repository onto the pull-request lane. I pushed straight to main twice after that landed, which is #329, and this is the first change since I noticed.

ward exec gate passes.

AGENTS.md requires the inventory to change whenever a feature is added or
reshaped. I shipped four member-visible behaviours today and updated none
of them, so the inventory has been describing a service that stopped
existing several hours ago.

The four are the ones a reader would be wrong about, rather than every
commit: an undelivered reply now reaching the member, a heartbeat that
separates a quiet guild from stopped ingress, the caller and service fault
split, and uploaded text reaching the scratchpad.

Trimmed to fit the size caps rather than raising them. The first draft ran
127 characters over, and the entries lost their reasoning rather than
their content, since the reasoning is in the docs each one links to.

Landing this through a branch and a pull request. 17aa7b8 moved this
repository onto the pull-request lane and I pushed straight to main twice
after it, which is issue 329.
