Outcome

Establish the current Eco App capability and data baseline relevant to calculator parity.

Scope

Inventory the existing Eco App pages, APIs, MCP tools, and data modules that serve pricing, recipes, crafting, shops, market history, logistics, and jobs.
Verify which prior #98 slices are live, retired, incomplete, or superseded.
Record data freshness, server-specificity, and known gaps for each capability.

Acceptance

A concise current-state inventory maps each Eco App capability to its data source and user-facing surface.
Prior issue status is reconciled with observable repository/product evidence.
Every material gap is categorized as data, presentation, calculation, or operational dependency.

Non-goals

No implementation, live-server change, or speculative parity claim.
This does not choose priorities; #173 does that after all lanes report.
