Outcome

Produce a read-only technical inventory of the Sirens world-state inputs that could support a durable snapshot without changing the live server.

Scope

Inventory the existing save, replay, map, worldlayer, and exporter inputs already available to Eco App or the operator.
Record format, approximate size, retention behavior, and what each input can faithfully represent.
Identify the smallest non-destructive capture sample needed to estimate artifact size and fidelity.

Acceptance

A comparison matrix identifies available inputs, required access, fidelity, and known gaps.
The matrix distinguishes inputs that can be handled using existing Eco App data from those needing new extraction or privileged access.
A proposed capture sample includes no production mutation and no asset redistribution.

Non-goals

No live-server configuration change, restart, retention-policy change, or bulk archive is performed.
This does not choose a viewer implementation.
