Outcome

Establish whether Sirens may lawfully preserve and publicly present an Eco-world snapshot, and state the constraints a technical solution must honor.

Scope

Review the applicable Eco terms and any relevant Unity, Steam, and mod-asset licenses.
Distinguish server-save preservation, derivative static renders, extracted assets, and interactive browser delivery.
Record required attribution, access restrictions, permission requests, or prohibitions.

Acceptance

A source-backed constraints memo is attached or linked from #168.
Each candidate artifact is classified as permitted, prohibited, or requiring permission.
The memo names the minimum safe technical boundary for the pilot.

Non-goals

No asset extraction, copying, redistribution, or deployment.
This issue does not provide legal advice or substitute for rights-holder approval.
