This repo declares no dev verbs, so the migration is the deletion alone: no justfile, nothing to move. The prose that described ward as the command route now names the justfile the rest of the fleet uses. `.ward/ward.yaml` survives carrying catalog metadata only, because check_catalog_block pins that exact path and catalog-trifecta wants README, AGENTS, and FEATURES linking it.
