Make the named Forgejo pull-request fixture explicitly create its
origin/main remote-tracking ref. This removes a runner-specific assumption
about push -u against an initially empty bare remote.

test(exec): isolate fixtures from CI metadata

Clear ambient Forgejo pull-request variables before the integration subtests
build their own CI environments. This prevents ordinary local-tree fixtures
from being classified as the enclosing runner checkout.
