Removes Ward’s generated operator runtime and startup guardfile mount, leaving its native agent control plane independent of retired edge configuration. AOS now owns the operator boundary through Aguard.

  • Removed ward ops, generated mounts, obsolete specs, and config-ref runtime resolution.
  • Preserved native agent, container, dev-verb, reservation, and PR control paths on baked policy.
  • Updated the public boundary docs and verified AOS’s current .specgen/aguard plus final-image install contract.

Tests: go test ./..., go vet ./..., and the full pre-commit suite. Aguard runtime execution was not run locally because this container has no Docker daemon.
