Allow additional granted repositories with the same basename to coexist in an engineer workspace while retaining the primary checkout cwd.\n\n- Map extras to owner-qualified workspace paths and carry the mapping through cloning, trust, reaping, rescue, plans, and seed context.\n- Preserve canonical duplicate de-duplication and reject dot-segment repository refs.\n- Tests: ward exec test, ward exec vet, ward exec build, and the repository pre-commit suite.\n\ncloses #1526\nward.workflow: pull-request-and-merge
