Forge outages can no longer discard unlanded local engineer commits during container cleanup. Ward now writes verified, Git-only rescue bundles and provides an issue-level, fail-closed recovery plan/continuation path.

  • Captures primary and granted-repository Git histories before removal; marks suspicious residuals quarantined.
  • Adds ward agent recover and explicit consumed-artifact pruning, preserving normal PR landing.
  • Validation: ward exec test, ward exec vet, and ward exec lint pass.
