Rehome the container agent home to ~/.ward so the harness-specific config and transcript roots stop landing in a separate top-level home directory. Live transcript lookup now derives its path from the container's actual agent home and keeps a legacy fallback for older containers.

changes the default container agent home to ~/.ward
threads WARD_AGENT_HOME through the launch env and log-drain inspection path
updates the affected tests for the new transcript root and run-context default

closes #1300
