This PR retriggers the promote path after run 2165 failed during job setup before any repo steps ran. There is no code change here; the empty commit forces the supported push-based rerun so promote.yml can execute again on a fresh main push.

  • What changed: no-op commit to re-fire the promote pipeline.
  • Why: the observed failure was a runner setup failure, which looks transient rather than a repo regression.
  • Test/CI: local commit hooks passed; Forgejo PR CI and the follow-on promote/release run will confirm the path is green.
  • Review gate: intentionally skipped because of the temporary ward default pending brokered QA.
