Today ward ships three entrypoints: cmd/ward (hand-rolled), cmd/ward-kdl (KDL runtime), cmd/ward-aws (exec-dialect). The end state is one ward binary that loads guardfiles. Fold the ward-kdl runtime and the ward-aws guardfile into the main binary and drop the separate cmd/ dirs once parity holds.

Part of the coily -> ward -> ward-kdl consolidation. Epic: #91. Milestone: ward-side "coily to ward to ward-kdl consolidation".
