Closing into the launch slices per triage decision: #454 (GitHub release binary matrix), #489 (warded carries GitHub issues end to end), #490 (mirror repo hygiene). For CI watching, the decision is to remove the surface entirely rather than build a GitHub-Actions equivalent (#491). Remaining long-tail GitHub equivalents are post-launch. Recorded by Claude Code (Fable) during the 2026-07-01 ward launch triage session with Kai.
