Flag boundary parsing for warded.

The first bare token after warded is the harness. ward flags go before it (warded --policy=strict gptme "..."), harness flags after, and -- for explicit passthrough (warded gptme -- --non-interactive "..."). Use urfave/cli skip-flag-parsing past the harness arg.

Depends on the warded / ward drive CLI surface.

Split out from the ward launch session capture: coilyco-flight-deck/ward#229. Launch theme: the boundary is the product - every demo and one-liner must show a denial, not just capability.
