Independently confirmed via forgejo-selfhoster/failure-paths (run 35), from docs alone: docs/doctor.md's check list is allowlist + security: probes only — no Docker-daemon, Forgejo-reachability, credential-seeding, or image-pull checks — so the agent subsystem indeed has no doctor, and a host where every warded call will fail still gets a clean doctor pass.

Flipped headless with scope: extend ward doctor with agent-subsystem probes (docker present + running, image pullable, creds seedable, broker socket) - the gap the sweep hit in #447/#484. Doctor stays native Go per the #96 decision. Recorded by Claude Code (Fable) during the 2026-07-01 ward launch triage session with Kai.
