Sixth and last in the day's roster sequence, after #972 through #975 and #978.

role/devrel becomes role/advocate

Landed in agent-compose@d1395f8 and housecast-v0.1.12.

Why this one exists at all

#975 moved the devrel title to Developer Relations and #978's sibling change reverted it to Developer Advocate. That revert left devrel as the only slug on the roster that no longer derives from its own title: the dev survived, the rel did not. Every other slug still derives from its title, so this closes the last exception.

Rename map

role/devrel: role/advocate added
role/creator: role/advocate - retargeted, since role/creator converged onto role/devrel in #933 and would otherwise be stranded on a label this file no longer declares

test_every_rename_target_is_declared is what makes that safe.

Verification

python -m unittest scripts.forgejo_label_taxonomy_sync_test - 30 tests OK, including ShippedTaxonomyTest and the rename-target check.
just pre-commit green.

Not done here

Declaration only. Converging live org state is modify-live-backend and belongs to sysadmin. Live labels are now six changes behind, and three of them move names rather than descriptions: role/eval, role/tpm, and role/devrel are still the live labels carrying every issue. One run clears all six, together with the role/exec and role/qa deletes on coilyco-flight-deck/agent-compose#342.
