sirens-echo moves onto pull-request-and-merge in coilyco-gaming/sirens-echo#319, so the shared block goes from four PR-lane repos to five and names it. The byte-identity claim only holds if all five carry the same text.

Verified: the block was byte-identical across all four before this change, and the five copies differ only in that enumeration after it.

Origin: coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os#994

AGENTS.md is 5963 chars against its 8000-char cap, so no cap change rides along.

pre-commit run --files AGENTS.md passes.

The forgejo-admin branch-protection reference names the repos whose
pull-request-and-merge lane protection does not enforce. sirens-echo
joins that list for the same reason the AGENTS.md stamp does.

Second commit added. A fleet grep turned up one more stale enumeration in this repo, in the skill reference this repo owns:

.agents/skills/forgejo-admin/references/forgejo-branch-protection.md

It follows that protection does **not** enforce the `pull-request-and-merge`
lane on `agentic-os`, `deploy`, `infrastructure`, or `ward`.

Same four-to-five correction, same reason. It belongs in this pull request rather than a separate one because it is the same repo and the same fact.

The sentence itself stays true and unchanged in substance: the lane is prose and agent.workflow only, ungated server-side. sirens-echo joins the list of repos that holds for.
