Replaces the AGENTS.md line that said "Commit directly to main" with the fleet-standard pull-request-and-merge stamp, byte-identical across the four PR-lane repos (agentic-os, deploy, infrastructure, ward). The declared ward lane was already correct, the prose was not.

Part of the fleet sweep tracked in coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os#994.

.ward/ward.yaml declares agent.workflow: pull-request-and-merge, but the
Agent rules section said "Commit directly to `main`, push after each commit,
no per-push confirm". Those cannot both hold, and the prose was the wrong
one: the declared lane is correct.

Replaces the contradicting line with the fleet-standard stamp, byte-identical
with agentic-os, deploy, and ward. The closes-trailer and voice rules survive,
and the Safety gate on cloud and cluster writes is restated rather than
dropped with the line that carried it.
