Prepare persistent-host Aguard rollout while agentic-os#728 publishes the paired native AOS package. The role remains disabled until that release is available, so current fleet convergence stays safe.

  • Add paired AOS Homebrew convergence with clean-environment command checks
  • Document release-pin rollout and restored-formula rollback
  • Validation: ward exec pre-commit; ward exec ansible-sync action=check tags=aos-native local=1

closes #635
