Adds an attended, secret-safe Sentry DSN validation and rotation helper plus the exact eco-mcp-app repair runbook. It validates required URL parts before a confirmed SecureString overwrite, streams the DSN through stdin, and documents the ExternalSecret refresh.

  • Adds hermetic accepted/rejected DSN shape tests to the normal validation gate.
  • No AWS or cluster changes were made.
