github-mirror-sync.yml fails on every push to main since 2026-07-10 #549

The github-mirror-sync workflow has failed on six consecutive pushes to main: de553d6, 2fd38a3, f55d419, da0497b, 239b19e, 1d1e122 (2026-07-10 through 2026-07-12), each failing after roughly 17s. Latest run: https://forgejo.coilysiren.me/coilyco-flight-deck/infrastructure/actions/runs/1237 - lint and trufflehog stay green on the same commits, so the combined commit status on main reads failure from this workflow alone. Noticed while verifying CI for the apt-baseline landing (#548). Likely a creds or upstream-API issue in the mirror push job, not commit content, given the streak spans unrelated commits.
