ser8 has mosh installed ad-hoc (verified working 2026-07-12: mosh 1.4.0 territory, sshd active, UTF-8 locale, no firewall block). Per the authoring-vs-rollout convention the fleet rollout belongs in an ansible role, so every host gets mosh instead of hand installs. Add mosh to the baseline package role and converge.
