Closes coilyco-flight-deck/agentic-os#918.

Adds AI Engineer to AOS launch profiles and role-scoped methods, consumes the canonical Agent Compose identity and meld, and pairs with the bounded AOSK AOSH slice without copying role doctrine. It also updates role context evidence and repairs the AOS capture adapter for the current Agent Compose model-tier contract.
