Fixes native AOS startup after Agent Compose v2.9 writes the strict v2 YAML repository plan. Prefers YAML, retains v1 JSON during rollout, and routes native startup through the shared resolver. Validation: ward exec repo-test-gate, ward exec aos-test, ward exec aos-lint, and ward exec aos-build.
