Closes #848

Summary:

  • Change aos-say, agent-terminal, and warp module declarations from the downstream GitHub mirror to canonical Forgejo identities.
  • Preserve each module suffix and existing dependency metadata.

Validation:

  • ward exec agent-terminal-test
  • ward exec aos-say-test
  • ward exec pre-commit-all
  • ward exec warp-test reaches the renamed Forgejo package and then fails on the pre-existing shared-environment contract tracked in #849
