Clarifies that native shadow startup pulls existing expected repositories with fetch plus a fast-forward-only update, and that it does not clone missing repositories. Also repairs the repo-tracker documentation left stale when the native status-line hook was removed.\n\nCloses #800.\nCloses #801.\n\nValidation: ward exec pre-commit-all
