Summary

route the existing codex, claude, goose, and opencode shadows through a hidden AOS native-session boundary
create one leased, fleet-shaped linked-worktree workspace per launch and clean dead recoverable predecessors at the next startup
cache canonical normalization and three-scan unexpected-clone cleanup for ten minutes, with fail-closed preservation of local-only state
document the feature and its configuration, lease, cleanup, and human-workdir boundaries
