Publish matching Aguard artifacts on the portable AOS release train, including Homebrew and Scoop installation plus a bundled Forgejo Actions bridge that works outside a checkout.

  • builds and checksums every native Aguard target
  • installs aos and aguard together
  • adds empty-directory release smoke coverage

Tests: ward exec test (542 passed) and ward exec pre-commit-all (passed).
