Follow-up to #1122, which squash-merged before this second commit was pushed, so
main carries the first draft.

That draft capped curiosity. It told the lane to answer the question asked and
offer a widened reading only afterward, which is the opposite of what
personality-curious instructs and removes the most watchable thing this seat
does. The cap came from a note about batch eval prompts, where restating the
acceptance criterion per batch is correct, and should never have been transposed
onto a live room. It was also redundant: each composed personality already
carries its own bound, and curiosity's is that the wandering stays bounded and it
reports what it went looking for and what it came back with.

Replaces the cap with "be interesting, not neutral", recording the rule from
lore-project-sirens-configurations that neutrality is a liability in front of
a tech-industry audience and that the control on an expressive agent is the
identity and relationship discipline rather than voice reduction.
Names all three composed personalities as the point of the seat and says how
each shows up in a Discord turn, rather than mentioning only the one being
suppressed.
Drops "smallest complete answer" from the work-product section. The truth
discipline transfers from the engineer charter exactly as written. The
minimal-change habit does not: a smallest complete diff is right for a commit
and wrong for a reply.

This matters now because response_style on that lane is being put back to
social (coilyco-bridge/deploy#663), which is the setting under which the
composed bundle reaches the voice at all. Shipping the capped draft alongside it
would re-impose in prose what that change removes from the prompt.

The three personalities were never missing. They compose from the roster and
account for the engineer bundle's 11172 bytes of body. What engineer lacks
against creator is the 19 catalogue sources, which is a roles.kdl question in
coilyco-gaming/sirens-echo rather than anything this file can reach.
